Cancelling my card on my ex's account

My ex fiancé put my card info under her account and it's been getting charged for the past three months. How can I get my card taken off her account? Her username is: friijolera

I assume you can't ask her to remove your payment info from her account, so I'd suggest to get in touch with someone from customer service through this link:
