Cancelling premium

I've seen other's have this same problem and although followed advice I can't cancel premium. When I get to the sparce spotify web page, go to subscriptions, press canel subscription, then choose 'why' the cancel button doesn't work, leaving only 'keep premium' buttton. I've been trying for 3 days now and it's pretty lame. I can't even find a place where I can complain to spotify! Any advice on how I can actually stop my payments/cancel this please? Thanks

I still cannot cancel premium and the 'form' to fill out comes up blank. I WANT TO CANCEL NOW!! This is a scam!!

Have you tried a different browswer or computer to see if it works then?

Thanks for that! Tried 2 different computers and this morning I was able to
cancel. Thanks heaps 🙂
