Cancelling subscription per specific date

Hi,

I have Spotify Premium, but have gotten an offer to get 4 months at 50% discount from my new telco provider. However, they've told me that for this offer to work, I have to be reverted to Free, on the date my new contract starts. This is on Dec 17th.

Question: Is there an option to cancel my premium subscription as per a specified date (Dec 16th)? On Dec 17th I would then go back to Premium, but with the discount offer.
