Cancelling subscription

I need to cancel my spotify subscriptions as I have a new phone and get spotify premium with my contract but can't use it as I appeared to have set up premium free somehow. I've Googled how to cancel but it's just not letting me. Please help.

Since you said that you already Googled yourself, I think it's best for you to contact the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
