I'm trying to cancel my subscription and I'm having difficulty I've followed the instructions can anyone help please?

No when I click on subscription in my account it does nothing

Thatโ€™s odd. Thanks for letting me know.

 

Just to check, does your account show up as Premium here: http://spoti.fi/2e15Z8R? If not, itโ€™s possible you have a second account, which is the one that needs cancelling. If youโ€™re seeing Free, are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email. I'd then recommend trying to cancel again, from that account.

 

If this isnโ€™t the case, i'd recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. Theyโ€™ll be able to take a closer look backstage, and help you to get things canceled:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

When I go into my account and try to go into subscription it won't allow me to open it

Iโ€™m sorry to hear this. Can you reach out to Spotify's Support folks? Theyโ€™ll be able to take over and look at this in more detail, donโ€™t worry... ๐Ÿ™‚
