Cancled subscription but was still charged?

Cancled subscription but was still charged?

My account was supposed to reset on the 14th of March but I cancelled it the day before on the 13th. Why was I still charged?

Hey @davids12345,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
