Hi!
I've been trying to cancel my premium subscription, but to no avail. I'm looking through the threads in this forum and it seems many of you are facing the same problem. I've tried all the methods (used different browsers, logged in and out of spotify and facebook) and contacted the spotify team (no reply yet). Now i'm starting to get scared that my subscription will never be cancelled. Just curious, have any of you managed to actually successfully cancel the subscription? And if so, how did you do it???

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have been trying to cancel subscription as well and I keep getting charged for a service that I can't use. It won't even let me use my premium service but the money is still being drafted from my account....someone please help
