Cannot Cancel my Premium

Cannot Cancel my Premium

I canceled my premium last month and this month I was charged again. I contacted support and they said I never canceled. I went back to find they were right. I still have everything connected like I never canceled. I did it again 2 or 3 times and im still paying. I cant afford this, Please stop making me pay for this!

Could you try doing this one more time but cleaning the browser's cache, incognito mode or with another browser?

To cancel your subscription, you need to sign into this page:

 

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
