Cannot Change Country Setting

Cannot Change Country Setting

I recently moved to another country (Germany to USA) and despite deleting my account/reinstalling the program, it is still a German Spotify (language, settings, music, etc.) and is charging me through my USA paypal the USA premium rate.  The country profile setting on my account is still "DE/Deutschland" and the directions for changing it from Spotify are simply not available to me (i.e., the link they suggest isn't on my screen). 

 

Not sure how to proceed and not sure hwo to contact them directly for this account issue.

It may be a number of things that are causing this issue. Have you changed your billing address both in Spotify and Paypal? Also, have you used your devices in the USA so that the computer can register your location?

I think if none of it works, you may try to use a card registered to the US to see if that makes a difference.
