Cannot Change Primary Email

FYI You all need to have a chat function available if we're paying for this app and no real way to problem solve.

My issue:

The primary email listed on my account is an old school email that I haven't used in years and I can't access. I assume spotify grabbed it from my facebook account (which I use to sign in). I'm trying to change the primary email, but I either can't remember the correct password, or it's not accepting the password. 

I tried resetting the password on facebook, and reentered it on spotify, no luck. 

I tried hitting the "forgot my password" link, but it sends the forgotten password link to my OLD email, which I can't access. 

I'm in a catch 22. How do I resolve this?
