Cannot Change e-mail in Account

My Question or Issue

When I try to edit the e-mail address or my date of birth in my accout profile, it does not let me.  Please see attached.
 The account is not liked to facebook.

Strange indeed, if your account is linked somehow to facebook it would be explained.

I'm able to change it, this is the link I'm using:

https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/

You are sure you logon with your username? Not with your email?

  I have tried logging in with my username and e-mail. Both are the same.

  The only thing it allow me to change are Mobile phone number and Country.

Hi,

It's most likely that you created your Spotify account through Facebook and at some point disconnected your Facebook profile.

Did you?

If the account is indeed Facebook-created, sadly it won't be possible for you to edit these details due to technical reasons. 

If you like, you can always sign up for a new account through Spotify and transfer your music using this procedure:
