Cannot Connect Facebook to my new premium account

Hello,

I've got a premium account just yesterday that I'd like to connect it with my Facebook. The problem is that I created 3 years ago a free user account that I didn't really use and forgot about it. After creating this new one I realized that my Facebook is vinculated with the unused one and now, I don't know what to do. Could you help me, please?

Sign into Facebook and go to this page:

https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

Remove Spotify from that page and then try to connect your new Spotify account to Facebook.

Post back if you are still having trouble.

I did what you suggest me but not sure if this is working. On my Spotify Profile doesn't load the Facebook profile image and the pop-up window on the desktop applications stays blank. (See screengrab attached).

What do you think?

Hello Matt,

I am with the same problem and I've tried all that you suggest in this link but Unfortunately isn't works it. I can't vinculate my profile on facebook with my Premium account.
