My Question or Issue

 

I haven't been able to log into my account for two days. I know that my password is correct, it does not work. I even tried to reset it, but the email does not go through.

 

I could not even log in to ask this question, I had to create a new account

Hi,

 

I'm so sorry that your account isn't working.  If you have completely checked you are entering everything right, I would recomend going here and filing a report with spotify to get your account back up and running.
