Cannot Log into my account

For the past week now I have been searching for answers as to why I cannot log into my Spotify account with my facebook I have tried everything and I even have premium on that account too. Whenever I click on login with Facebook it tries to log in and then gives me an error 3 message saying that my username or password is incorrect even though it has never changed. PLEASE HELP

Hey @Shivam_4,

Follow this to get a device password:

1. Go to Facebook settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select App Passwords. 
4. Click Generate App Password. 
5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

You can use it, with your Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device.

Didn't help for me, still the same error message.

Why can't I just hit "Log in with facebook" as I did for years before? 😞

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
