Cannot Login With Correct Information

Hello, for some reason, when I opened my spotify app, I was logged out on both my computer AND my iPhone, after I tried to log-in it said that my username/password was incorrect. I then tried to reset my password and it said that my username AND my email address (I tried using both) were not affiliated with any spotify account when in reality, I have been a PREMIUM member for nearly two years. I could not even simply email support because in order to do that, you need to login, which I cannot do. I can provide proof that I own the account if necessary.
