Cannot Login With Facebook Information

Hi,

When I try to login from my PC desktop with my Facebook email and password, it states that it is incorrect and sends me a text with a number password to login instead. I went to reset my password on Spotify.com but it says my account is linked to Facebook, where i have to change my password.

I have tried changing my password in Facebook and attempting to login to Spotify with it and it doesn't work too.

There is also no option in preferences to disconnect from Facebook at all.

Please help!
