Cannot Login or Play Music (Desktop)

Hi Everyone.

I am constantly logged on to my account on desktop however within the last few days I started getting Error: 4 and no attempts to fix it would help. I uninstalled the application and reinstalled it, but now I cannot sign in at all- when I attempt to sign in via facebook, the window goes white and nothing more can be done. I've tried to create a new account, but the sign up button no longer works either.
