Cannot Login son Mac OS X El capitan

Hi,

I downlaoded the app, but there I cannot login Errorcode 3 user unknown. 

The account works in the browser.

How can I fix it ?

Hey there! Sorry about that.

Have you tried any of the following:

1. Reinstalling Spotify
2. Using the username instead of the email or vice versa to log in
3. Resetting your password
