Cannot Reapply For Student Discount

Hi there,

I am currently now in my third of university (UK) and Spotify has been charging me 9.99 since September (3 payments). I wasn't aware of the change (that student discount had to be renewed after 12 months) and went to reapply and it states I am uneligible to get the discount. I am still fully enrolled at HE at UNI and cannot find a way to get the discount again anywhere. Any help?

This can happen if your card has expired, or you’ve already used it to claim a Spotify Premium discount. Please check if your card is valid for the current academic year.
