I have been verified as a student until January 5th, 2020. That is what the page says after I go through verification. There are no other instructions and once you click out of that page...nothing has changed.
So I was up for renewal today and figured maybe I could go in and renew to another plan....well, spotify charged my paypal account a day prior to the scheduled renewal date so now I am renewed on the family plan again and cannot get my account to switch to student.
Can someone please help me.
I am using Google Chrome, and have also tried icognito tab as well. No luck. I have tried everything that I can think of. Can someone help me out as I would really like to save some money here since school takes every last dime I have left to my name. Ha!
