Cannot Upgrade Through Mobile Phone Carrier

Hi there,

 

I've been using Spotify for almost a year and have been updating my monthly subscriptions using mobile phone credits. However, I couldn't renew my subscription this month because after entering my mobile phone carrier and number I don't get any One Time PIN (OTP). The page says that a PIN will be sent to my mobile phone, but I never got any PIN. Please see attached image.
Is there a workaround to solve the issue?

Hey @dab_miko,

 

Thanks for posting to the community! For this issue, I think it'd be best for you to reach out to Fortumo, Spotify's payment partner for mobile payments. You can get to their dedicated Spotify page here.

 

I found that I could get specific assistance for this issue by clicking I cannot pay for SpotifyI don't receive a PIN or the PIN I received is not working and then choosing your mobile carrier/provider.
