Cannot Upgrade to Family Plan

Cannot Upgrade to Family Plan

First, I am logged in via Facebook.  Also, I purchase my monthly Spotify sub and is charged to my iPhone provider account.

 

When I click "Upgrade", it states "You do not currently have a payment provider connected to your account."  

 

I Click on "Upgrade Details", and nothing happens.

 

Under "Subscription", it states "Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed on 2015-02-21 and charged $12.99 + Sales tax, unless you cancel your subscription before that time."  

 

So, what can I do to a) change my payment method to a different card (not my phone provider) and b) how can I purchase a family plan via upgrade?

sorry, that doesn't help at all.  the problem seems to be with my current payment method...and me not being able to modify it.  i think if i resolve that issue, i will be able to upgrade to family.

First you will need to cancel your current subscription before you can upgrade to the family plan on Spotify's website. 

 

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
