My Question or Issue

 The phone updated last night.  Logged me out of Spotify.  I tried to login today, tells me wrong password.  Go to reset password, says wrong link need new link.  Ugh!!! Been doing it for 3hrs.  However, here I go logged into this site no problems.  So there was nothing wrong with my password.  Honestly, I hate you guys.  Spotify was good.  Now it's the same as all the rest.  Glitchy, inflexible, limiting, the auto playlists push cheaper songs no one has ever heard of which I hate compare to your previous predictor, your service is confusing, it keeps resetting preferences to lower bandwidth to save you money, navigating is super confusing - why only top 5 songs then have to go by album)? Idiotic.  Please just cancel my service.  I wasted 4 hours on a Saturday.

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your account. What error message are you seeing while clicking the password reset link? Could you try opening it in a different browser or in an Incognito tab in Chrome?
