Cannot activate the trial premium version

Cannot activate the trial premium version

Hi,

 

I just activated PayPal and wanted to use it for the Spotify trial premium version, but when trying to add the payment method it says the payment method already added. I still can't use the trial premium version. Does anybody have an idea what to do?

I did try with this link, but when providing the paypal data it says that the payment method has already been added and that I need another one and I can't use the currently added payment method for the free trial version as there is no such option there to use it or even to see it in settings 😞

Could you try clearing your browser cookies/cache or try a different browser and see if that helps?

erasing the browser cookies/cache and trying a different browser did not solve my issue. Always when choosing PayPal as payment method and providing the bank account information it says: "You have already added this bank account to your PayPal account." and I cannot skip this step. It feel very dissapointed, as I cannot try spotify out.

Sorry to hear you'te still having issues subscribing.

 

The best thing to do is to get in touch with our customer services team directly using the online contact form

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the Community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
