Cannot add an existing account to Famliy Plan

Cannot add an existing account to Famliy Plan

I started a family and my daugthers account cannot be added. I tried with different browsers but no success. Message is always the same, and no hint to identify the problem. Has someone already solved this problem? The other 3 members are using the account with no problems. Please help....

Hey @Mellado, welcome to the community!

 

Could you let me know what's the error message your daughter's getting when joining the plan? If you post a screenshot, make sure to remove all personal information.

Just to confirm, does your daughter live in the same physical address as you? Right now, all members of the Family plan must live in the same address, as stated on the T&Cs.

 

If she's unable to verify the address, she won't be able to join the plan, which could be causing this issue.

Yes. She lives in my house. She is only 16.

In this case, it's best to contact the Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look at the accounts to help you out.
