Cannot cancel Spotify Premium

When I try to cancel the subscription for my fathers account (he doesn't want it anymore).

On the last step of the cancel I get this:

How do I cancel his subscription now?

I tried this several times with different cancel reasons. All with same result.

 I have the same problem, I have a discount that comes with my phone so I want to cancel my regular account. And my account gets updated today... why doesn't it work?
