Cannot change country on my acount

Hi, I recently moved to Aus and will be here for another two years. I originally set up my spotify account from the UK so am currently using my english credit card to pay for my subscription. However, now I would like to change this to my australian card. I have followed all the instructions about changing your country on your subscription but for some reason It all goes through and then the final page refreshes to the english spotify site asking me for credit card details to set up my family for a discounted rate. 

Has anyone else had similar issues? It's driving me mad as I want to cut up my english credit card.

I cannot change my country from USA to Norway, i have moved here permanently with my husband, and i have a premium account. I am getting really pissed that I cannot change my country so we can have the family account, and that i will have to delete my account and start over???? Seriously??? Someone needs to come up with a FIX FOR THIS!!!!!!!!!!! It's ridiculous!!!!!!
