Cannot change country on my profile

Just moved to Tunisia from Sweden. 

14 days have past. I am on the free edition of spotify. When logging in to my Spotify account via FB I cannot change country. Only option in the list is Sweden. 

I have tried with different units and with different wifi- connections. 

What do I do? Only way to ask seems to be through this forum.

Thanks for reaching out.

Spotify hasn't launched in Tunisia yet, so for now, you won't be able to continue using it.

Spotify are launching in new countries as often as possible.

Hehe ok that was an unpleasant surprise. Can I change that by subscribing to a premium account?

That can only be done if you have a payment method (e.g. Credit Card) that's been issued in a country where Spotify is currently available. You also need to actually be in that country when subscribing. Otherwise, it won't work.
