Cannot change language in the account panel

I cannot see the option to change language of the account panel. Everything shown on the website under https://www.spotify.com/pl/account/ is in Polish. I'd like to change that to English, as that's the default language for my OS & browser.

I'm using Chrome right now and I'm seeing the same language. Although, Chrome offers to translate the page. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply. I undestand Polish as it's my native language, so I don't need translation. I just want to change the interface's language to English.
