Cannot change location of spotify account despite changing credit card payment

I've just moved from the UK back to Singapore and moved back home to stay with my family. My dad has Spotify Family and I would like to be part of his list of family members. I've already changed my payment details to my Singapore Credit Card, but I can't seem to change my country to Singapore (from GB), despite being charged $9.99 per month for spotify. 

Do I have to wait until the next deduction before I'm listed as in Singapore before I can make the switch to Spotify Family?

For a Premium user trying to change your country settings, your new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.
