Cannot change my country

Cannot change my country

Hi, 

 

I recently moved to another country, tried to change my country to the new one by updating my subscription, but don't get any payments options for that country to choose, just payment options from my old country. Tried paypal but still the country drop down stayed disabled and I was not asked to change my country either.

 

Also, don't have new bank accounts in my new country and won't have either any time soon or ever since wire trasferes have no borders anymore. 

 

How to proceed, I need to put in the new, correct address for my family ?

Just to double check, is your account under the Premium for Family subscription?

 

Also, could you let me know which country you've moved to? I may be able to help.
