Cannot change my email address

Someone has logged onto my spotify account and changed my email address and password. How could I go about contacting Spotify about this, I thought about the contact form, but it will send to the other persons email. The only way I can log in right now is through facebook.

If you created the account with facebook, Spotify uses the address you have registered there. If you mean you have now created a second accout, use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even though it says not to) to speed things along. Be sure to include the email address you want them to reply to.

I have only one account with Spotify. Someone has gained entry into my one account and changed the email and password.

EDIT: I created the account through Spotify.

Try this contact form , someone at Spotify should be able to get everything sorted, including resetting your email and password 🙂
