Cannot change my 'location' on my account

Hi All, I opened a Premium account when I lived in NZ but have since moved to Canada. Which means I no longer have the NZ credit card that my account was originally billing to. I am trying to update my account i.e. change it to Canada rather than NZ and then update it with my Canadian credit card. However when I select Canada from the country dropdown list, it takes me back to the billing page and says my monthly payment will be 9.99 EUROS per month.... I then try to enter my credit card details but it says that the card doesn't match my billing address location... any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
