Cannot change my payment method

I'm in a process of changing my credit card. I therefore have to change my credit card number in the payment options. But Spotify will not let me into my account. When I click on "My account" my PC screen goes blanc. I've now been informed that my premium Spotify account is about to expire because they couldn't charge my (old) credit card. What can I do about it?
