Cannot change my payment option

I need to change my payment option and when I click on 'Update' under my profile it just refreshes the screen and I am unable to update my credit card information.

You can try it on a desktop. Go to the Spotify Community, and click you account name/icon. Next, you can click on account and it will take you to a page with a bunch of things you can do. Scroll down to subscription and there should be an icon that says ‘Change or Cancel’. You can click that and change your card from there!

Unfortunately that did not work and I still am unable to change my CC info
