I'm so glad that I "can" listen to my music. Because of this stu*id error, cannot do the payment. Tried from different wifi and from phone internet and everything the same error for many days.
Probably will stop using Spotify and never will recommend it to my friends.

same problem, no help, spotify makes it hard to contact them, I did find a chat line once by mistake but have to troll through lots of pages to find it. I have sent in a message and am waiting for a response.
Me too!!!! Ive tried dozens of times for about 2 weeks and i cannot upgrade to spotify premium! Whenever i register my credit card info it just tells me that something went wrong with my credit card and ive tried so many credit cards already on different accounts and devices and it just wont work!!!!!
