Solved!

Cannot edit profil and no email associated to account

Hello,

First of all, I'm not really fluent in english so I'm sorry if i'm not clear in my post.

I created an account through Facebook. I deleted recently my Facebook account. I tried to unlink it from my Spotify account but I think it created another account. I didn't have my playlist and premium.

I deleted it and tried to edit my account but was not able to (because it was created through Facebook?).

Are there anything I could try to fix that?
My username is : 222lbb25m5qetzcvkpi6ufkri

Thank you in advance for your help!

Thanks for getting back to us @TheFrenchOne!

If you have created a new account you should be able to edit your details and copy your old playlists to it. You can see how to do that here

You'll also need to cancel your old Premium subscription on the account with the username to avoid being charged for that.

After that you can subscribe again on your new account.

Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.

Hey there @TheFrenchOne

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

Keep in mind that if you signed up to Spotify with Facebook you won't be able to change your personal details. The reason is that your Spotify account registered the personal details associated with your Facebook account, and it's not possible to change those with Spotify.

To change your personal details, you need to switch to a new account. Check out the help article here for more information.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any more questions.

Hi @Ivan

I did that at first but I think it created a new account. I did not have the premium and I lost my playlist.
