Cannot edit profile

I tried editing my profile to change my location since i moved out of country but as soon as i clicked save changes it said my email was wrong but it was the same email i've had since i've joined spotify.

First of all, please make sure that you go through the steps provided here, depending on your subscription status. 

If that doesn't work, please let us know when the issue occurs, and check that the email address registered on your account page is the correct one.
