Cannot enter spotify while paying Premium fee

Hello, I cannot access Spotify, and I'm currently paying the premium fee. When I try to login with email (or with forgotten password), it says I've a facebook account. If I try to access through facebook, it says credentials are incorrect. I can enter facebook normally with no problemes (if not linked to Spotify).

How can I get help?
