Cannot find email attached to my account

Does Spotify not have a contact email support system?

We are a family of 4 and my husband gets charged $9.99 per month and his spotify for his personal device is working but when we try to login to his account it says there is no acccount associated with that email address.  It's the only email address he uses.  So it is impossible to login, change credit card information or anything!  We want the whole family to be connected on one account.  II tried logging in with my email and it says I have a free account so if I upgrade to Premium we'll both be charged individually 9.99 per month.  We have tried everything we can think of to no avail.  I can't believe there is no customer support because I could ask them what account is associated with the charge of 9.99 per month on my credit card.  The only thing I can think of is cancelling the credit card so we aren't charged every month and signing up again.
