Cannot get an unlimited account due to country iss...

Hi,

I have not used my account for some time and want to switch from the free account to the pay unlimited account but cannot.

Even though my profile says United Kingdom and I have tried switching to PayPal and a different credit card it is still insisting I can only have a premium account due to being abroad!

Please can someone reset something so I can pay you some money?

Hey dubec, welcome to the Community.

That's strange - your account is set to the UK and you appearing to be connecting from there too. It could still be some weird kind of connection problem though.

I'd recommend giving it another go in a different web browser, see if that helps things along.
