Cannot get the 3 months speciel offer?

Hello, when im logged in with my already premium account, i cannot see the 3 months premium offer.

But when i log out i can see it, i then tried to go to the site even tho im logged in, and it just gives me the message: "Unfortunately you are ineligible for the offer you were looking for. Don't worry, here's another offer we have just for you." how can that be? Shouldnt it not just allow me and then add 3 months premium onto my ongoing premium time (which end in 22 days)?

Usually promotions are for new users who haven't had a Premium subscription (or even a trial). If that is the case, it should look something like this (after the green asterisk) :

So that means, if i want the 3 months for 0.99cent i will have to create a whole new acc..?

I would suggest you read the Terms and Conditions in the ad you see, as it should explain more.
