Cannot getting new password

I have done stupid things. First I opened a second account for no reason then I forget password. Before that I have bought a premium. Now I want to cancel my membership but I don't know my password. I tried to reset it but in the Spotify my email address has been entered wrong there is 'om' missing and I cannot get mails from Spotify to my mail address. The 'om' is in the '.com' part. Please help me or I will need to close my PayPal account for cancellation of premium membership.

I solved the problem with getting in touch with Spotify via email I verified my informations then they fixed the problems. If you have some kind like this problem better to get in touch with Spotify
