Cannot log in anywhere but website.

Hey, 

Can anyone help me with logging in - I am connected via my facebook account. When I try to log in on the iPhone App it says "Login failed Could not establish a connection Spotify connection." When I try to log on to the application on my computer it says "Service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later". This has been happening over the last 24 hours ever since I got my account.

1. Did this start happening after a specific update?
2. What country are you streaming from?
3. What is your current spotify version?
4. What device are you using?
5. What is your devices OS?
6. Have you tried a clean reinstall? (Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache)

I only just signed up to spotify premium again and it has happened ever since I resigned up and tried to log in. I am streaming from New Zealand. I am using the latest spotify version on both my laptop and iPhone (downloaded both again within the last 24 hours). Laptop i am running OS X El Capitan - version 10.11.1, iPhone I am iOS 9.1. I have tried a clean restart.
