Cannot log in, but can create new identical profile

Cannot log in, but can create new identical profile

First off all, why is there no way to contact Spotify directly? There is a jungle of back-and-forth rerouting links that leads to the same pages, just sad. 

I could not log into my account, nor reset the password, it said I did not have an account with Spotify. I have a receipt of a premium purchase with that email address. 

I tried to create an account with the same email, name and username, and that worked, but all my playlists are gone and I have no desire to start making new ones. 

I could not use Facebook log in nor have I ever used it. 

I would like a refund of my premium purchase if this is how the app functions.

Hi, you can contact to Spotify directly from this page. Login with your new created account and explain your problem there too, they'll contact you.
