Cannot log in to Premium account. Support ignoring me.

Hi all,

 

I haven't been able to log in to my premium account for a few days now. If I try to log in with Facebook it says "wrong username/password. If I try to log in with a username or password it says the same. If I try to reset my password it says that my email address is not associated with a Spotify account. If I try to sign up again it says that my email address is already associated with a Spotify account.

 

I have contacted support three times with zero response. @Spotifycares started helping and then stopped and started ignoring me instead.

 

Anyone got any ideas on this?
