Cannot log into account – living in a diff country, forgotten password, email no longer active

Cannot log into account – living in a diff country, forgotten password, email no longer active

Hi I am having trouble logging into Spotify, my account name is hellochrismiss. I logged in using my Facebook account when I lived in Australia. I cannot remember my password, the email associated with my account is no longer active so I cannot view the new password when I reset and I live in the Philippines now. I tried sending a message on the help page but after hitting submit, I am informed that I will be contacted via the defunct email...  Please help.

UPDATE:

 

I can send a message via https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account - but I'm getting the same information, that I will be contacted via the email that no longer works. I have no option to change that email address since I don't have my password.

 

Still waiting to hear on Twitter.
