Cannot log into account

Cannot log into account

I am on the family plan.  When I want to listen to music it will only allow me to press SHUFFLE.  Please help. 

 

It sends a message to my email but will not allow me to do anything.

It's not cool that this happens. If you were on a Premium for Family plan, the best thing to do is get in contact with the account owner to invite you again.
