Cannot login after creating account and getting premium

Cannot login with account I have just setup. I created an account with a outlook email address. Spain as country and paid for premium with Spanish debit catd. All was fine until I logged out. Now I cannot log in and it does not see my email address as valid. I have a email from my bank to show the payment was sucessful. iPhnoe or Chromebook has the same problem.
