Cannot login and resetting password does not send email

I am currently on my facebook spotify account without premium. I have another account with premium that I believe shares the same email as my facebook. I got automatically logged off this morning and can't log back in. Logging on android lets me in for 1 second then kicks me off. Resetting password does not sent any email to me. This is kind of ridiculous that spotify does not have a customer # to call. How do I cancel my subscription on the account I can't log in?

exact same problem but no facebook - cannot log in on iphone, will not accept email address or useername and will not send email link to change password - This is for spotify premium. Please help. I have already removed and reloaded spotify from my phone.
